Our Early Bird Sale is ENDING on December 31! Be sure to Sign up before the end of the year to save! 

The team is quickly filling up. If you want to ensure your child is on the team, please be sure to fill out the paperwork and send it in. Once the team is full, athletes will be added to the wait list. We will fill the team on a first come first served basis. So be sure to get your paperwork in. We want to make sure that returning runners make the team.

There is a pre-season conditioning class being offered by Lindie Kane and former gold medalist Olympian Denean Hill (84 4x400) at College of the Canyons. It will cost $150.00 for 3 nights a week training and conditioning, starting January 4, 2016 at College of the Canyon's track.  

 

Denean Howard-Hill is a top USATF hurdle and sprint coach.
