The team is
quickly filling
up. If you want
to ensure your
child is on the
team, please be
sure to fill out
the paperwork
and send it in.
Once the team is
full, athletes
will be added to
the wait list.
We will fill the
team on a first
come first
served basis. So
be sure to get
your paperwork
in. We want to
make sure that
returning
runners make the
team.

2014/2015 Track
roster or
2014/2015 Cross
Country Roster,

Coaching
Opportunity
We are looking to
add assistant
coaches in all
areas, sprints,
distance & field
event coaching. We
will train you. If
you are interesting
in coaching, please
contact Elaine
Bingham for more
information.

able to pass a background

Pre-Season Speed
& Endurance Training
There is a
pre-season
conditioning
class being
offered by
Lindie Kane and
former gold
medalist
Olympian Denean
Hill (84
4x400) at
College of the
Canyons. It will
cost $150.00 for
3 nights a week
training and
conditioning,
starting January
4, 2016 at
College of the
Canyon's track.
Denean
Howard-Hill is a
top USATF hurdle
and sprint
coach.
