parents

come
early
to
help
with
set
up
and
uniform
distribution
before
and
after
the
meeting.

We
would
like
the
parents
of
the
gremlins
to
attend
the
5:45
meeting,
you
may
bring
older
siblings
to
this
meeting.
You
are
welcome
to
attend
either
meeting
if
you
have
a
scheduling
conflict.
Please
check
the
Roster
table
to
see
if
your
athletes
needs
any
other
paper
work
.
Shoes
and
Storm
uniforms
will
be
available
for
purchase!
Fleet
Feet
will
be
available
to
help
you
find
that
perfect
training
shoe
or
to
purchase
spike
shoes.
If
you
pre-ordered
Storm
spirit
merchandise
in
stock,
it
will
be
available to
pick
up
at
the
meeting
also!

First
Practice
Our first
practice
will be
February 11,
2017 at 8:00
am to 9:45
at
Saugus High
School Track
! We are
waiting to
receive our
final
permits from
the high
schools and
will update
by the
parents
meeting our
practice
nights and
locations.

for our 2017
Season we are
still taking
application for
new coaches in
the Shot Put and
Long Jump! If
you are
interested in
helping out

our

that

most
of
the
practice
and
meet
info
on
it.
It
is
tentative
and
will
be
updated
weekly.
The
schools
some
times
make
changes
so
please
remember
it
is
subject
to
change
but
we
will
try
to
keep
it
updated
as
much
as
possible
every
week.

Coaches Clinic
The
VYC
&
LA84
Foundation
will
be
hosting
a
free
Coaches
Clinic
on
Feb
12th
at
Birmingham
High
School!!
This
is a
fabulous
day
to
learn
relays,
sprints,
distance,
field
events,
and
hone
in
you
skills
on
all
levels
All
coaches
should
attend!!
Parents
are
welcome
too.
We
will
be
providing
lunch
for
all
our
coaches
who
attend
this
clinic.
