SPRING TRACK & FIELD PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
If for any reason your child wishes to withdraw from the Santa Clarita Track Club, you must contact a board member and inform them of your request to withdraw from the team. The following refund scheduled will apply for our spring training and conditioning program.
Withdraw prior to February 8, 2026 – 100% Refund
Withdraw February 9, 2026 – February 15, 2026 – 50% Refund
Withdraw February 16, 2026 or later – No Refund Issued.
Merchandise sales are final, No Refunds.
CROSS COUNTRY REFUND POLICY
